Areas We Serve

Eight communities across Mecklenburg, Union and Gaston counties in North Carolina.

Our area runs north to Huntersville, west to Gastonia and Belmont, east to Matthews and Indian Trail, and south to Pineville and Waxhaw.

Much of what shapes a project here stays hidden until someone looks in person: moisture trapped in a crawl space, soft wood under fresh paint, a floor that shifted as the red clay swelled and dried. That is why every estimate starts at the house, and the written scope is built around what we actually find.

Near the edge of the map? Call us with the town and the type of project, and we will tell you plainly if it is a fit.

Before You Request an Estimate

Straight answers about the free estimate. Pricing, process and materials are covered on our FAQ page

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. The visit and the written estimate cost you nothing, and you are under no obligation to hire us afterward.
We reach out by phone or email to set up a visit. At the house we look at the space, take measurements and talk through what you have in mind. You then receive a written scope that states what is included and what is not.
A written scope of the project: the work that is included, what is not, and what the estimate is based on. Once work begins, the project runs under complete oversight through the final walkthrough, and any change found once the work is open is priced and approved in writing first.
A short list of what you want done, photos of any problem areas and a sense of the finishes you like. If your home is in an HOA, have its appearance standards on hand, since they can limit material and color choices.
We do not offer plumbing or electrical work as standalone services, since North Carolina licenses each of them separately. If your project involves either one, mention it at the visit and we will explain how that part is handled.
